All orders are embroidered and shipped from our warehouse in Lewis Center, OH. Please view the map below to determine UPS Ground transit times. Please allow 1-5 business days for embroidery.

UPS 3-Day Select - 3 Business days for shipping 
UPS 2 Day Air - 2 Business days for shipping 
UPS Next Day Air - Next Business day for shipping
UPS SurePost - UPS Ground Service plus an additional day in the contiguous US

US Time in Transit Map

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Box and APO/FPO - These are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service which takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery.

International Shipping - We ship everything via Global Express Mail through the US Postal Service which takes approx. 4-10 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

Each manufacturer has their own warranty. If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 30 days. If you ever have a problem with any of the bags you can either contact the manufacturer directly or contact us to help facilitate any repair needed.

We do not accept returns on personalized orders.

We work with all of our customers. We have a no returns policy because once the item is personalized the item is only good for that customer. We address any issues and work with all customers to be sure that they are happy with the product they purchase. Each issue is different so we help each customer with the issue on an individual basis and make sure that in the end each customer is happy with their purchase. Customer service is very important to us and our company so if anyone has an issue please contact us so that we may help in correcting that issue.
